His Majesty Osei Tutu II, Asantehene attends the official launch of Asanteman Europe in Amsterdam on Saturday, July 2, 2022. Asanteman Europe consists of 15 member associations in 11 European countries.
The visit also helps deepen diplomatic ties between the palace in the Kingdom of Asante and the constitutional monarchy of the Netherlands.
Other important personalities attended the ceremony, such as Ghana’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, Francis Danti Kotia; the Chairman of the Board of Asanteman Europe, who is also the Asantemanhene of Finland, Nana Ekuoba Gyasi Sempremo Gyima, Dr. Osei Kwame, CEO of the Detroit group of companies, and Dr. Kwaku Oteng, CEO of Angel Group of Companies.
