Ghana Police Service Makes Further Arrests in Cosy Hill Hotel CEO Murder Case

The Ghana Police Service continues its intensive investigation into the brutal murder of Eric Johnson, the Chief Executive Officer of Royal Cosy Hill Hotel in Jirapa, Upper West Region. Johnson was found murdered in his private residence near the hotel on Sunday, February 11.

As part of the ongoing efforts, Inspector General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare, deployed a collaborative team of investigators working with the Upper West Regional Crime Scene Management Team to swiftly bring the perpetrators to justice.

In a recent update, the Ghana Police Service has made additional arrests, bringing the total number of suspects in custody to seven. The previously apprehended individuals include Dookuuri Fausta, Braimah Kasim, Beyuo Felix, Michael Klugey, and Kumbata Kwaku.

The latest development reveals that two more suspects, Charles Tuoze and Favour Nuobe, both employees of Cossy Hill Hotel, have been detained by the police. They are actively participating in the ongoing investigations.

The police issued an official statement on the matter, emphasizing their commitment to ensuring justice for the heinous crime. The collaborative efforts aim to uncover the truth behind Eric Johnson’s murder and hold those responsible accountable.
